All of the workshops will start with a free information and introductory Friday evening.

We invite all interested and curious people to come and experience a taste of a training, meet Jeff and present your questions to Jeff and participating practitioners and students. Jeff is a dynamic and stimulating teacher and loves to engage people in the process of the exploration and learning.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket or mat to lie on.
